Avatars

• No Resale: You may not resell any avatars.
• No Public Uploads: Do not publish avatars to VRChat as public or make them accessible to others.
• No Distribution: Do not distribute avatar files in any form.
• Asset Re-Use: Only the scratch-made assets from our avatars are allowed to be used for personal use.
• Streaming/Video: Use in live streams or videos is allowed; credits are appreciated but not required.
• Commissioning Work: You may share files with a commissioner for edits/customizations. The files can not be used by the commissioner for their personal or commercial purposes.

Assets

• Resale: Resale is allowed only on finished avatars.
• No Free Use: Assets cannot be used on free avatars, but public models are permitted.
• No Re-uploading: Do not re-upload assets or textures as-is or make them freely available.
• Attribution: Not required, but appreciated.
• Commissioning Work: You may share files with a commissioner for edits/customizations. The files can not be used by the commissioner for their personal or commercial purposes.

Legal Use

Do not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Violating copyright laws will result in a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) claim.

Personal Information

Your personal information is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

All digital purchases are final. Once downloaded or opened, the product is considered "used," and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of digital goods. No refund even if the product hasn't been downloaded, because Shopify does not give us the ability to fully revoke file access. Refund is only possible for accidental double purchases of the same product.

Customer Support Policy

While I strive to provide a smooth experience with my products, I am not able to offer customer support for modifications beyond what is included in the original package (e.g., removing parts or altering the design). Due to time constraints, I’m unable to assist with personal edits, especially for those with little to no experience in Blender and Unity. If you’d like to customize the avatar, I recommend having some familiarity with these programs.
