No Resale: You may not resell any avatars.

No Public Uploads: Do not publish avatars to VRChat as public or make them accessible to others.

Asset Re-Use: Only the scratch-made assets from our avatars are allowed to be used for personal use.

Streaming/Video: Use in live streams or videos is allowed; credits are appreciated but not required.

Commissioning Work: You may share files with a commissioner for edits/customizations. The files can not be used by the commissioner for their personal or commercial purposes.
Assets

Refund Policy
All digital purchases are final. Once downloaded or opened, the product is considered "used," and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of digital goods. No refund even if the product hasn't been downloaded, because Shopify does not give us the ability to fully revoke file access. Refund is only possible for accidental double purchases of the same product.
